Multi-directional stovetop temperature monitoring combined with the efficient, precise heat of induction gives our cooktops the best temperature precision on the market, while the full surface induction surface with smart identification and tracking of cooking vessels allows for free movement of all your cooking vessels across the cooktop surface without any interruption in heating performance or accuracy. The ultra-high-strength carbon-fibre composite cooktop provides greater shock resistance and durability than standard glass-ceramic cooktops, while providing similarly advantageous thermal properties. The integrated 240V/30A+120V/15A power system allows a heat output of up to 4100W on a 12-inch cooking vessel - equivalent to about 20K BTU/hr on a gas burner when taking the efficiency gains of induction into account.

At Turquoise Sky, we don't need caveats about where we get our parts, or where our factories are. Our steel comes from Hamilton, our circuit boards from Toronto, and every possible component and part is made in-house at our Southwest Ontario manufacturing facilities.
